When will my order arrive?
Each product page shows an estimated delivery window for your order today. Most orders arrive in 5–10 business days, and you get a tracking link by email when it ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on US orders of $49 or more (CA$109 or more in Canada).
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout. Prices are never printed on the packing slip.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by December 3 for delivery before Christmas (items marked "Ships from US": until about December 15). Each product page shows its estimated delivery date.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, most items ship to Canada: free on orders of CA$109 or more, otherwise CA$13.99. A few items ship within the US only, and their product page says so.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email support@cozymere.com with a photo within 30 days. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and you don't need to send it back.
How do I return something?
Email support@cozymere.com within 30 days of delivery. Many items don't need to be sent back: we just refund you. For the others we'll send our US returns address. Details in our Refund Policy.
Is checkout secure?
Checkout runs on Shopify, with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and all major cards. We never see your full card number.
