Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. A few items ship from our US warehouse to US addresses only: their product page says so.

• Processing: 1–2 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive in 5–10 business days. Items marked "Ships from US" usually arrive in 4–8 business days. The estimated delivery window is shown on every product page.
• Cost (US): free on orders of $49 or more, otherwise $5.99.
• Cost (Canada): free on orders of CA$109 or more, otherwise CA$13.99. Delivery to Canada usually takes 2–3 business days longer. Prices don't include any local taxes; we cover import duties.
• Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Holiday delivery

Order by December 3 for delivery before Christmas. Items marked "Ships from US" can be ordered until about December 15. Each product page shows its own estimated delivery date.

Orders with several items

Items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking link.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email support@cozymere.com and we'll resend it or refund you.
